What is BAVR?
You can experience the excitement of a completed building on your screen!
BAVR is a 360°panoramic view of the site before construction,
combined with a computer graphics image of the completed building, to create a realistic experience.
This VR allows you to realistically experience the current situation (before) and the completed property (after) together with the surrounding environment.
You don't need any special apps to view it!
You can view it on your PC, smartphone, or tablet by accessing the URL as long as you have internet connection, so you can even share it via email, by QR code, etc.

CAD data, panoramic images, and XXX are required for use.
Organize a Meeting
First, please contact us by phone or email.
Our staff will contact you to discuss the details of your request.
Data submission
Please provide us with the following data
- CAD data or PDF (layout, 2D plan, elevation, etc.)
- Panoramic image
- Specification sheet

Production
After confirming the content and schedule, production will begin.
Confirmation
First, structure confirmation in white model(no color). Second, quality confirmation in colors and materials.
Delivery
At the time of delivery, we will provide you with a set of BAVR data and the URL of the uploaded data to our server.
*The management and storage period on our server is approximately one year from the date of delivery. If you wish to extend the uploading period, please contact us.

Here are some of the questions and answers that we have received from our customers.
You can use a 360°camera, a smartphone camera, etc. Basically, we often use the smartphone version of the application (Google Street View) to take the photos.
Do I need a special application or PC to view the finished VR?
We will deliver the completed BAVR as a URL, so you can view it on your PC, smartphone, or other tablet devices, without the need for a special application, as long as you have an internet connection. (If you wish to publish from your own server, please contact us).
Can you create color variations?
Yes, of course. Please let our sales staff know at the time of the meeting.
What kind of materials are required when requesting the creation of a BAVR?
In addition to the materials used to create the CG (2Dplan, Elevation Plan, Section plan, layout, and specifications), we will need 360 photos of the site.
