Metaverse Housing Exhibition Hall, the first of its kind in the housing industry, will open to the public from 28 April 2022. (*1)
As the second phase of the project, the Metaverse Housing Exhibition Space has been further developed to coincide with Digital Day (*2).

In the newly created "Metaverse Housing Exhibition Space", the five-storey complex of income-producing properties (1st floor shop, 2nd floor rental, 3rd floor rental & office, 4th floor 5th floor house) can be viewed anytime, anywhere, without any restrictions of place or time.

There are not many opportunities for customers to see the structural framework, but the Metaverse space makes it easy for them to see it right in front of them, allowing sales staff to use it extensively as a sales tool.

In the Metaverse Housing Exhibition Space, customers and sales representatives act as avatars and can walk freely around the exhibition space in virtual space.

This allows customers and sales reps to walk freely around the showroom in the virtual space, viewing and receiving explanations in the same way as they would in the real space.

The avatar in the metaverse is not a fake, but a reflection of the customer's real face.

This enables closer communication with the customer and more realistic meetings.

shapespark does not require a dedicated application and can be accessed by anyone by opening the URL link.

It can be used on PCs, smartphones and tablets.

In addition, the data is compatible with data created by popular 3D modelling software, so you can use the 3D model data without changing your design workflow.
